Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in portable form, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national privacy regulator. | Your emails | That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. If you email us at one of the addresses on the Contact page, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with what you raised. We do not add you to any mailing list. |
| Who this site is for | These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). No part of this site is aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data. |
| Cookie use | We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Our security and content-delivery provider may set essential cookies needed to filter malicious traffic and keep the site available. Those are technical, not advertising, cookies, and blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here. |
| Keeping and deleting data | Server logs are kept by our host on its ordinary rotation and are not retained by us beyond that. Emails go once the issue they concern is resolved, save where a legal claim means they must be kept. |
